I have been in the Veterinary field since 1987, starting from kennel help and working my way up to Veterinary Technician and Office Manager through hard work and dedication. Having graduated from Lakewood Community College with an AA degree with emphasis in Chemistry has helped significantly further my career in the Veterinary field. I am proud to say that I have been a part of The Cottage Grove Animal Hospital since day one and have enjoyed watching this clinic grow.
My hobbies include geocaching, therapy work with my Registered Therapy Dog "Baloo" ("the clinic dog") and taking my horses, Paso Fino "Desi" and Thoroughbred "Ruben" on trail riding trips. I also share my 2 horses and my knowledge of them with a group of 6 girls involved in Cowgirls for Christ, a group started by my friend Roxanne to help underprivileged girls.

My love for animals started as a child at my grandparents farm in Woodbury. I took my love of animals to another level when I became a certified veterinary technician in 1998. I have been living in Cottage Grove since 1996 and have been working at this clinic since its beginning in 2000.
I am owned by 4 pets; Dozer the American Bulldog, Pepin the Drahthaar, Crash the Domestic Shorthair and Boohaki the Domestic Longhair.

I graduated from Medical Institute of Minnesota along with Tammy in June of 1995. I've worked here at the Cottage Grove Animal Hospital since October of 2000. WOW how time flies, when you're having fun! I truly enjoy my job.
I am owned by a golden retriever named "Grace", 2 cats named "Ali" & "Deuce" & a red headed step child (cat) named "Harry Oliver". "Harry Oliver" our clinic cat comes home with me on weekends & holidays.
My two legged family consists of my husband Rob & my son Jesse.
When I'm not at work I'm at the park playing with my son & dog. IF I ever get a spare moment to myself I enjoy reading & cooking (ha, ha) I mean baking.
