Carlie

Carlie has been a Client Service Representative at CGAH since fall 2024 and loves being one of the friendly faces welcoming clients and their pets through the doors. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with clients and making every visit as smooth, efficient, and positive as possible. She believes a warm smile and a little kindness can go a long way—especially when caring for the furry members of the family.

One of Carlie’s favorite parts of her role is client education. She enjoys helping pet parents understand the importance of preventive care, nutrition, and the many ways we can help pets live longer, healthier lives. By sharing helpful information, Carlie empowers clients to feel confident in caring for their companions. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster veterinary technician program and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine.

Outside of CGAH, Carlie enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their four pets, including some scaly family members! She loves heading up north with her family whenever she gets the chance and can occasionally be found training for or running a 5K. During the workday, there’s a good chance you’ll find her with either coffee or Diet Coke in hand—her two favorites—and a smile on her face.
